Project Overview
At Pro AV Systems, we believe the best classroom is one where technology works quietly in the background, supporting the educator, engaging the students, and adapting to whatever the day demands. That was exactly the mindset behind our latest project at Saint Anselm College, where we partnered with the school to outfit the new Grappone Hall auditorium with a full suite of modern AV technology.
Saint Anselm had a clear vision: they wanted a flexible, professional space for lectures, community events, hybrid learning, and even livestreamed guest speakers. Our job? Bring that vision to life—with crystal-clear visuals, seamless video capture, and rock-solid reliability.
Our Solution
At the heart of the installation are Samsung QM50C displays. These 50″ 4K UHD commercial monitors are built for heavy usage and sharp performance. We installed them strategically throughout the auditorium to give every seat a clear view, whether it’s a PowerPoint slide, live video feed, or Zoom participant.
These displays don’t just look good, they’re smart, too. With built-in system-on-chip (SoC) capability and remote content management, they’re ready to scale with future needs. For Saint Anselm, that means less time fiddling with inputs and more time focused on content.
To support hybrid learning and high-quality content capture, we integrated four Aver TR323NV2 AI-powered tracking cameras into the space. These aren’t your average PTZ cameras—thanks to intelligent auto-tracking, faculty and presenters can move naturally throughout the stage while the camera follows them smoothly and accurately.
The TR323NV2’s NDI output makes it easy to route high-quality, low-latency video into the college’s existing systems for recording or streaming. Whether it’s a professor giving a lecture or a panel of guest speakers, every moment is captured cleanly no camera operator required.
When it came to large-scale projection, we didn’t hold back. We installed the Epson EB-PU2216B, a powerful 16,000-lumen 3LCD laser projector that delivers vibrant color and exceptional clarity even in bright rooms.
It’s designed for professional auditoriums like this one, with features like 4K enhancement, geometric correction, and flexible lens options. We paired it with a screen sized perfectly for the space, ensuring that every student, from the front row to the back, gets a crisp, immersive experience.
The best part? The EB-PU2216B is energy-efficient and ultra-reliable, meaning Saint Anselm’s IT team won’t have to worry about maintenance disruptions.
Results
With the installation, Saint Anselm College will be able to host a wide range of events, from lectures and student presentations to streamed panel discussions without technical hiccups or complicated setup routines.
