Pro AV Systems recently designed and installed some upgrades to the Goodwin Room at Milton Academy, a multifunctional space utilized for both classes and board meetings, by integrating advanced audio visual technology. This upgrade aims to enrich the learning environment and facilitate more effective presentations and discussions.
Our Solution
A key component of this enhancement is the installation of an Epson laser projector. Epson’s laser projectors are renowned for their high brightness and color accuracy, ensuring that images and videos are displayed with exceptional clarity. The laser light source also offers extended longevity and minimal maintenance, making it a practical choice for frequent use in educational settings.
To streamline the operation of the new audiovisual equipment, a Crestron control panel has been implemented. Crestron systems are designed to provide intuitive control over various devices, allowing users to manage the projector, lighting, and other room functions seamlessly. This integration simplifies the user experience, enabling instructors and board members to focus on their presentations without technical distractions.
Complementing the projector is a Da-Lite tensioned screen, which ensures a smooth and flat viewing surface. Da-Lite’s tensioned screens are engineered to eliminate the waves and distortions that can occur over time, providing a consistently optimal display. This combination of high-quality projection and screen technology enhances visual presentations, making them more engaging and effective.
