The upgrade focused on creating a seamless and user-friendly audio visual environment that supports both in-person collaboration and remote communication. Our Solution
Central to the system is a Crestron control panel that serves as the primary interface for managing all AV functions in the room. From this intuitive touchscreen, users can easily control video displays, audio levels, source selection, and lighting presets with minimal training. The Crestron system ensures consistent performance and simplifies meeting logistics, allowing bank staff to focus on content rather than technology.
To support remote meetings, the boardroom has been outfitted with a Zoom Room system that integrates tightly with the rest of the AV setup. This includes high-quality microphones and speakers to ensure clear communication, along with Huddly AI-directional multi-cameras. These cameras use advanced framing technology to automatically track speakers and adjust views based on who is talking, creating a more engaging and natural video conferencing experience for all participants.
