Sharp NEC and Rise Vision Partner to Provide Content Ready Digital Signage to K-12 and Higher Ed

Digital signage software company, Rise Vision, and Sharp NEC Display Solutions of America have partnered to offer a free year of Rise Vision’s Content Management System (CMS) platform with the purchase of each NEC Display MediaPlayer solution to K-12 and higher education institutions.

NEC displays offer up to 4K UHD resolution with sizes up to 98-inches to provide clear display of content in a multitude of situations whether it be socially distanced classroom collaboration or a university dining hall. As a result of the partnership, NEC MediaPlayers are integrated with Rise Vision’s software via their pre-installed Raspberry-Pi Compute Module 3 or Compute Module 4. Schools select the Rise Vision CMS in the MediaPlayer settings and can have digital signage up and running quickly and easily.

Rise Vision’s CMS platform offers schools access to more than four-hundred digital signage templates to deliver dynamic and engaging content and to keep faculty and students informed. Templates include digital bulletin boards to promote events or post class schedules, educational content, digital menu boards, digital directories and more.

With students returning to campuses nationwide this fall, clear communications are top of mind for institutions of learning. This partnership facilitates the combination of powerful content management and quality displays to deliver an all-in-one solution that makes communication simple and effective.
